Supporting Organization for Afghanistan Civil Society (SOACS) of Afghanistan, which is active in Herat province, has launched a program (Application SOACS) that can be installed on your smartphones from within the App Store, as a series of civil activities. You can submit problems and challenges such as: facing administrative corruption, asking for bribes, violence, and breaking the law....... in this program (visual, audio, photo, and written) in this program that is used for litigation and reflection.
